Last updated: 7 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Being finalised during pilot for the use of EduBell. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. Teacher accounts are for adults. A student under 18 may use EduBell only with a parent's or guardian's consent, given at sign-up. You may not create accounts for others without their consent or pretend to be someone else.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, notes and other material you create. You give us permission to store, process and display it to the people you share it with, and, if you mark it public, to anyone. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload copyrighted question papers, books or coaching material without permission; we may remove content on a valid complaint.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no cheating tools, scraping, attempts to access others' data or answer keys, malware, or harassment. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. AI features

AI answers, extractions and suggestions can be wrong. Teachers should review AI-extracted or AI-written questions before using them, and students should check solutions with their teacher. AI features have daily or monthly limits on each plan. If you use your own AI key, your provider's terms and charges apply.

5. Plans and payments

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are bought for a fixed period (one month or one year) at the price shown on the Plans page and do not renew automatically. Prices include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellations policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep EduBell available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will give notice of changes that reduce a paid plan you have already bought.

7. Liability

EduBell is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using EduBell and ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact form.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Being finalised during pilot have jurisdiction. Grievances: Being finalised during pilot, Being finalised during pilot.
