• We at edubell value your satisfaction and trust. We offer a refund policy for our long-term courses (a course with a duration of more than one year) under certain conditions.

  • You can request a refund within 15 days of admission by filling out a refund request form and submitting it to our office along with the original receipt and ID proof.
  • We will deduct a processing fee of Rs. 10,000 from the refund amount and transfer the remaining amount to your bank account within 45 working days of receiving your request.
  • No refund will be given after 15 days of admission or if you have attended more than 10 classes, whichever is earlier.
  • Self-study courses, group coaching courses, all India test series, one-on-one courses, and short-term courses are not eligible for refund.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the management will be final and binding.
